Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur any fees and are fully refundable if prepaid.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend the appointment, will be charged in full.
Minimum Booking Time and Travel Fees
Our treatment fees include travel within our standard service areas. If additional travel is required, please contact us in advance for details and any applicable travel charges.
Service Area and Right to Refuse Bookings
We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings that are outside our standard service area or where travel is considered impractical.
Clients will be notified as soon as possible if a booking cannot be accommodated, and any prepaid fees will be fully refunded.
Parking and Access (Mobile Appointments)
Please ensure your property is suitable for mobile treatments, as our equipment can be heavy and requires safe, easy access.
Clients are responsible for providing:
Adequate parking — either on a private driveway, allocated space, or safe nearby roadside parking.
Safe access to the property. We are unable to provide services if equipment must be carried across a main road or from a location more than 100 yards away.
If your property involves multiple steps, steep access, or similar obstacles, you may be asked to assist the therapist with equipment setup.
Clinic and Mobile Locations
Treatments are available at our stationary clinic in Auchterarder and via mobile appointments within designated local areas.
For mobile services outside these areas, please contact us for travel fees and availability.
Health and Medical Information
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or recent surgeries before treatment. This ensures treatments are appropriate and safe.
The therapist reserves the right to decline or modify a treatment if it is considered unsafe or unsuitable based on the information provided.
Weight Restrictions
Massage tables safely support clients weighing between 18 and 35 stone.
If you are above this range, please contact us beforehand via the Contact page to confirm that the therapist’s table can safely accommodate you.
Liability Disclaimer
All treatments provided are complementary therapies and not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
While every care is taken to ensure client safety and comfort, the therapist cannot accept responsibility for any pre-existing condition or adverse reaction that may occur as a result of treatment.
Children and Young Clients
Clients under the age of 16 require written consent from a parent or guardian, who must be present during the session.
Clients aged 16–17 may provide their own consent; however, it is recommended that a parent or guardian is informed.
All treatments are carried out in line with current safeguarding and professional standards.
Inappropriate Behaviour
Inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.
The therapist reserves the right to terminate the session immediately, without refund, if the client displays unacceptable behaviour, including but not limited to:
Intimidation or verbal abuse
Physical aggression or violence
Evidence of intoxication (alcohol or drugs)
Any form of sexual behaviour, harassment, or suggestive conduct
All clients are expected to maintain a respectful and professional attitude at all times.
