By booking a treatment or completing a contact form, you consent to the collection and storage of your personal information. This information is used only for appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-up communication.

Storage of Information

Your details and session notes are stored securely—digitally on password-protected devices and encrypted platforms, and, where applicable, in secure paper files.

Retention of Information

Client records are retained for a minimum of eight years after your last treatment (or until the 25th birthday for minors), in line with professional and legal standards. You may request deletion of your data at any time, unless it must be kept for legal reasons.

Access to Information

You have the right to request a copy of your records at any time. These can be provided electronically in a secure format upon request.

Sharing Information

All client information is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your explicit written consent, unless legally required. In the rare case of referral or collaborative care, your consent will be sought before sharing relevant information.

Complaints

If you have any concerns about how your data is handled, please contact us directly so we can address the issue promptly. If you remain unsatisfied, you have the right to raise your concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
