Holistic Mobile Massage

Deep tissue relief at home or office

Deep Healing

Our holistic deep tissue massage is designed to ease sore, stiff muscles and release built-up tension. The treatment goes beyond simple relaxation—it addresses the whole person, not just the symptoms, helping to improve resilience and restore movement.

We recommend a full-body session because pain in one area often stems from imbalances elsewhere. A full-body treatment addresses the muscular, fascial, and postural systems as a whole for longer-lasting, more integrated relief.

Feel the Difference
Full-Body Focus

This style of massage is especially effective for those living with persistent muscle tension, stiffness, or the strains of daily life. Each treatment offers more than relaxation—it’s a chance to restore movement, improve resilience, and reconnect with yourself.

Preparing for Your Mobile Massage

We bring all the professional equipment, including the massage table, to your home. We only ask that you prepare the space to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation.

Setting Up Your Sanctuary

  • Space & Privacy: Please designate a spacious, quiet, and private area that is large enough for the massage table and allows our therapist room to move around it.

  • Ambience (Optional): You are welcome to personalise the experience by playing your own relaxing music or lighting candles. This is entirely up to you.

  • Temperature: During the cooler, winter months, please ensure the room temperature is a little higher than usual to keep you warm and comfortable throughout the session.

Items to Provide

  • Towels: You will need to provide two large bath towels for use during the treatment (one to lay on and one for extra draping).

What to Wear

  • Comfort: It is advised to wear something comfortable to change into before and after your session, such as your dressing gown.

  • Draping: You are welcome to keep or remove your underwear as you prefer. Professional draping techniques will be used at all times to ensure you are covered, warm, and comfortable throughout the entire treatment.

How It Works

Why a Full Body Massage Is Recommended Over a Specific Area

Pain in one area often stems from imbalances elsewhere in the body. For example, shoulder discomfort may be connected to spinal alignment, posture, or even muscle tension in the hips and legs. A full-body deep tissue massage addresses these wider connections by working with the muscular, fascial, and postural systems as a whole. This holistic approach not only relieves local pain but also helps correct underlying patterns, improves circulation and mobility, and supports the nervous system—resulting in longer-lasting relief and a more balanced, integrated outcome than treating a single area in isolation.

Frequently asked questions

What areas do you cover for mobile massage sessions?

Perth and surroundings, Luncart, Kinross, Crieff, Comrie, Dollar, Tillicoultry, Stirling and surroundings.

What do I have to prepare for the treatment?

Make sure you have a spacious, quiet, and private area set up for your session. Additionally, you will need to bring two large bath towels to be used on the massage table.

What should you wear?

It's recommended to dress in something relaxed, and if you're at home, you can comfortably don your dressing gown. You may choose to keep on or remove your underwear, as draping will provide coverage to ensure you stay warm and at ease.

Is it typical to experience soreness after a massage?

Yes, it's entirely natural to feel a bit sore or tender following a massage—particularly if you had deep tissue work or if it's been some time since your previous session. This slight soreness is akin to what you might experience after an intense workout and generally subsides within a day or two. Staying hydrated, getting rest, and doing gentle stretches can aid your body's recovery and enhance the advantages of your massage.

How often should I get a massage?

For the best results, it’s recommended to start with a series of 5–6 sessions close together—ideally within a few weeks. This helps your body release tension, improve circulation, and build lasting benefits. After that initial period, a maintenance massage once a month is a great way to keep your muscles relaxed, reduce stress, and support your overall wellbeing.
